We headed toward the Island of La Toja, about 30 k north of Sanxenxo.  This is one of Spain most protégés island where the soap company, La Toja, started in 1905.  Also, on this island, you can get on a boat and tour the ridges where mussel are grown.  We took the boat tour, an extra 13 euors a piece, and it was very good.  They give you all of the mussel you can eat and all the wine you can drink while on the boat ride. We completed the tour on El Barco and headed back to Hotel Santa Lucia for Lunch.
