El Puerto De Santa Maria!

We spent a couples of weeks in El
Puerto De Santa Maria this year. We enjoyed it as usual. Puerto
is a very nice place to visit, especially in the summer. The open air
bars and restaurateurs are very nice places to set and enjoy the beauty of
summer. The traffic is hectic and parking spaces are hard to
find, but walking is easy and good for your health. |

| Carmen was born and raised in El
Puerto but this was her first visit to El Castilla de Puerto. It is an
old castle which server through time both christians and moorish socialities.
Caballero became owner of the Castle during the first part of the 1960's
which he was mayor of the city. No one knows who he purchased it from.
He has put considerable monies in the castle to restore it. He also
pays for the tour guides and enables everyone to visit the castle free. |
